Toasted White 40%

Due to the current world cacao crisis I am currently unable to source this cacao butter. These are the last few Toasted White bars I have in stock.
This silky Toasted White 40% is made from organic natural Peruvian Piura cacao butter combined with caramelised organic milk powder and muscovado sugar, with a hint of cacao and smoked salt, bringing out the natural flavour of freshly-pressed cacao butter and a range of rich caramel notes.
Unusually for a white chocolate, this bar contains no more added sugar than a 70% chocolate bar although it tastes sweeter because of the subtle flavours of the other ingredients and the addition of milk.
